This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how eNLife Research Private Limited (“Company“, “we“, “us“, or “our“) processes Personal Data collected through www.enlife.in (“Website“).
This Website is informational in nature. It does not process financial transactions or facilitate the purchase or delivery of goods or services. Data collection is limited to what is described in Clause 3 below.

“Personal Data” means any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data, as defined under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDPA“).
“Data Principal” means the natural person to whom Personal Data relates.
“Processing” means any operation performed on Personal Data, whether automated or manual.
Data We Collect
We collect only the following Personal Data:
(a) Contact data: first name, last name, and email address submitted voluntarily through the contact form on the Website.
(b) Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically through server logs.
The Website is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors.
Purpose And Basis For Processing
We process Personal Data on the following bases under the DPDPA:
(a) Consent of the Data Principal: to respond to contact form submissions.
(b) Legitimate use under Section 7 of the DPDPA: to operate and secure the Website, and to comply with applicable law or valid orders of a court or government authority.
We do not use Personal Data for automated decision-making, profiling, or marketing.
Sharing Of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade Personal Data.
Personal Data may be shared with:
(a) technology service providers (such as web hosting providers) engaged to operate the Website, under binding contractual terms; and
(b) government authorities or law enforcement, where required by applicable law or a valid legal order.
Cross-border Transfers
Personal Data may be Processed outside India by our service providers. Any such transfer will be effected in accordance with the DPDPA and applicable rules governing cross-border data transfers.
Retention
We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law, whichever is longer, and delete or anonymise it thereafter.
Security
We implement reasonable security practices and procedures to protect Personal Data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, consistent with applicable law.
In the event of a Personal Data breach that is likely to adversely affect Data Principals, we will notify the relevant authorities and affected Data Principals as required by applicable law.
Rights Of Data Principals
Subject to the DPDPA, Data Principals have the following rights in respect of Personal Data held by us:
(a) Right to access: to obtain a summary of Personal Data held and information about how it is Processed.
(b) Right to correction and erasure: to have inaccurate Personal Data corrected and, where the purpose of Processing is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, to have it erased.
(c) Right to withdraw consent: to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior Processing.
(d) Right of grievance redressal: to have grievances addressed within the timelines prescribed under applicable law, and to escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.
(e) Right to nominate: to nominate another individual to exercise rights on their behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
